1. Our Privacy Approach

We aim to collect and process only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our applications.

We do not sell personal information.

Where possible, information is processed locally on your device. Some applications may use cloud services, analytics, synchronization, authentication, or other third-party services when required for their functionality.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on the application you use, we may process:

  • information you provide directly;
  • account information, such as an email address or user identifier;
  • information and content you create inside an app;
  • device and operating system information;
  • app usage and performance information;
  • crash and diagnostic information;
  • purchase or subscription status;
  • information you provide when contacting support.

Some applications process additional categories of information required for their functionality. These are described in the app-specific sections below.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide application functionality;
  • synchronize information between devices where applicable;
  • provide shared features;
  • authenticate users;
  • provide and validate premium features or subscriptions;
  • respond to support requests;
  • improve app stability and performance;
  • understand how our applications are used;
  • detect abuse, fraud, or security issues;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use information for purposes unrelated to operating, supporting, securing, or improving our applications unless clearly disclosed.

4. App-Specific Privacy Information

Quotra

Quotra is a budgeting application that helps users manage expenses, income, accounts, budgets, goals, and shared financial spaces.

Information Quotra May Process

Quotra may process and store:

  • account information, such as your email address or user identifier;
  • transactions you enter;
  • categories;
  • financial accounts created inside the app;
  • budgets;
  • financial goals;
  • shared budget information;
  • app usage information;
  • crash and diagnostic information;
  • subscription status provided by Apple.

Quotra does not collect your online banking passwords, banking login credentials, or full payment card details.

Shared Spaces

If you create or join a shared financial space, information within that space may be visible to other people you invite.

You should only share financial spaces with people you trust.

Quotra Cloud Services

Quotra may use Firebase services for functionality such as:

  • authentication;
  • cloud database storage;
  • synchronization;
  • analytics;
  • crash and performance diagnostics.

These services may process limited information required to provide their functionality according to their own privacy policies.

Quotra Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Quotra account and associated cloud data by contacting us at:

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.

DiskClean: Storage Cleaner

DiskClean is a macOS storage management application designed primarily to work locally on your Mac.

Information DiskClean Accesses

Depending on the features you use, DiskClean may access:

  • disk usage information;
  • system storage statistics;
  • folders explicitly selected or authorized by you;
  • information required to identify cleanup opportunities;
  • notification permissions.

DiskClean does not upload your personal files, documents, photos, or cleanup contents to our servers.

Scanning and cleanup operations are performed locally on your Mac.

Folder Access

Some DiskClean features require access to folders selected by you.

Folder access is:

  • granted manually by you;
  • limited to folders you authorize;
  • stored using Apple's security-scoped bookmark system where applicable;
  • removable through the application or macOS settings.

DiskClean does not intentionally access folders that you have not authorized where macOS permission controls apply.

DiskClean Analytics and Diagnostics

DiskClean may process limited diagnostic information such as:

  • crash reports;
  • application performance information;
  • information required to validate subscription status.

This information is used to maintain and improve application stability, performance, and user experience.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, DiskClean may send local notifications such as:

  • cleanup reminders;
  • storage alerts;
  • scheduled cleanup reminders.

Notifications can be disabled through DiskClean or macOS settings.

DiaDaily

DiaDaily is an application designed to help users record, organize, and understand information related to diabetes management.

Depending on how you use the app, this may include information about:

  • blood glucose levels;
  • insulin;
  • carbohydrate intake;
  • physical activity;
  • sleep;
  • diabetes-related targets and ranges;
  • other information you voluntarily enter.

Health Information

DiaDaily processes health information that you choose to enter into the application or explicitly choose to import from supported Apple services such as Apple Health.

DiaDaily does not automatically access Apple Health data without your permission.

If Apple Health integration is available, synchronization occurs only after you enable it and grant access to specific categories of data.

You can manage or revoke Apple Health permissions through your device settings.

Local Storage

Health and activity information entered into DiaDaily is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or synchronize information through supported system services.

Apps by Bond does not upload your DiaDaily health records to its own servers.

Deleting DiaDaily and its locally stored data may permanently remove information stored only on your device.

Account

DiaDaily does not require you to create an account to use its core functionality.

Analytics and Diagnostics

DiaDaily may process limited non-health information to understand app usage and improve stability and functionality.

This may include:

  • app version;
  • device type;
  • operating system and version;
  • general language or region information;
  • app usage information;
  • crash and error reports;
  • performance information.

DiaDaily may use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to process this limited analytics information.

Health information you enter into DiaDaily is not used for advertising purposes.

Support

If you contact DiaDaily support, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • description of the issue;
  • screenshots;
  • other information necessary to understand your request.

This information is used only to communicate with you and provide support.

5. Analytics and Third-Party Services

Some Apps by Bond applications use third-party services to provide functionality, analytics, authentication, synchronization, diagnostics, or purchases.

These services may include:

Apple

Apple services may be used for:

  • App Store distribution;
  • purchases and subscriptions;
  • StoreKit;
  • Apple Health / HealthKit where applicable;
  • operating system permissions;
  • notifications.

Firebase

Quotra may use Firebase services for:

  • authentication;
  • cloud data storage;
  • synchronization;
  • analytics;
  • crash and performance diagnostics.

Google Analytics

DiaDaily may use Google Analytics to understand general application usage and improve app functionality and stability.

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Where an Apps by Bond application offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

Apps by Bond does not receive or store your full credit or debit card information.

Apple handles:

  • payment processing;
  • billing;
  • subscription renewal;
  • subscription cancellation;
  • payment credentials.

You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or allow third-party services to process information only where reasonably necessary to:

  • provide application functionality;
  • provide cloud synchronization or authentication;
  • provide analytics and diagnostics;
  • process purchases or subscriptions;
  • comply with applicable laws or valid legal requests;
  • protect our users, applications, or legal rights;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Information contained in Quotra shared spaces may also be visible to other users whom you choose to invite.

8. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Different Apps by Bond applications use different storage models.

For example:

  • DiskClean primarily processes information locally on your Mac.
  • DiaDaily primarily stores health information locally on your device.
  • Quotra may use cloud services to provide accounts, synchronization, and shared features.

No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention depends on the application and the type of information involved.

Quotra

Quotra account and cloud data may be retained while your account remains active.

You may request account and data deletion by contacting:

DiskClean

Most information processed by DiskClean remains locally on your Mac.

You can revoke folder permissions or notification permissions through DiskClean or macOS settings.

DiaDaily

Most health information is stored locally on your device.

Deleting the application and its locally stored data may remove this information permanently.

Information provided through support channels may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request and maintain support records.

10. Children's Privacy

Quotra

Quotra is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Quotra.

DiskClean

DiskClean is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

DiaDaily

DiaDaily may be used by minors where appropriate for its intended purpose.

Where required by applicable law, processing of a minor's personal information should occur with the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • request information about personal data we process;
  • request access to your personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of information;
  • object to or restrict certain types of processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request information about third parties that process your information;
  • submit a complaint to an appropriate data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

12. International Data Processing

Some third-party services used by our applications may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

  • our applications change;
  • new applications are added;

  • third-party services change;

Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated through the relevant application.
