1. Apple Standard EULA

Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is expressly provided for a particular application.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and describe additional conditions relating specifically to Apps by Bond applications.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA regarding your license to use an application distributed through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.

2. Use of Our Applications

Apps by Bond applications are provided for personal and lawful use.

You agree not to:

• use an application for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of an application or its services;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• misuse features in a way that may harm other users or third parties;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit an application except where permitted by applicable law or the Apple Standard EULA.

Some features may require:

• a supported Apple device;
• a compatible operating system version;
• internet access;
• specific system permissions;
• an Apps by Bond account;
• a paid purchase or subscription.

Availability may differ between applications, devices, countries, or operating system versions.

3. App-Specific Terms

Quotra

Quotra is a budgeting application intended to help users organize information relating to expenses, income, accounts, budgets, goals, and shared financial spaces.

Your Financial Information

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of information you enter into Quotra;
• reviewing your transactions, balances, budgets, and calculations;
• maintaining any records you consider important;
• deciding how you use information provided by the app.

Quotra is a budgeting and organizational tool.

It is not a bank, financial institution, accountant, investment adviser, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

Information, calculations, projections, statistics, or other content displayed by Quotra are provided for organizational and informational purposes and should not be treated as professional financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Shared Spaces

Quotra may allow you to create or participate in shared financial spaces with other users.

By inviting another person to a shared space, you understand that information within that space may become visible to invited members according to the app's functionality and permissions.

You are responsible for deciding whom you invite and what information you choose to share.

Apps by Bond is not responsible for actions taken by people whom you voluntarily invite to a shared space.

DiskClean: Storage Cleaner

DiskClean is a macOS utility designed to help users:

• analyze storage usage;
• identify files or data that may be reclaimable;
• review cleanup opportunities;
• manage cleanup operations.

Cleanup Decisions

DiskClean is designed to provide information and tools to assist with storage management.

You remain responsible for reviewing files and cleanup suggestions before confirming removal or other cleanup actions.

Although DiskClean is designed with safety and review in mind, no automated storage utility can guarantee that every suggested file is unnecessary in every user's particular situation.

We recommend maintaining appropriate backups of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps by Bond is not responsible for loss resulting from:

• files you choose to remove;
• accidental deletion;
• incorrect user selections;
• unavailable or incomplete backups;
• changes made by third-party applications;
• manual modifications to system or application files;
• operating system or third-party software behavior outside DiskClean's control.

DiskClean does not guarantee that a particular amount of storage space will be recoverable.

Permissions

Certain DiskClean features may require access to folders, notifications, or other macOS permissions.

If you decline or revoke a required permission, related functionality may become unavailable.

You can manage applicable permissions through DiskClean or macOS settings.

DiaDaily

DiaDaily is a tool for recording, organizing, and reviewing information related to diabetes management, including information such as glucose levels, insulin, carbohydrates, physical activity, sleep, and related data.

Not Medical Advice

DiaDaily is provided as an informational and tracking tool.

It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

Information, calculations, trends, patterns, statistics, or other content displayed by DiaDaily should not be used as the sole basis for making medical or treatment decisions.

Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding questions about your health, diabetes management, medication, insulin dosage, or treatment.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information displayed in DiaDaily.

Emergencies

DiaDaily is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon to detect or respond to a medical emergency.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate assistance through the appropriate emergency medical service in your location.

Accuracy of Health Information

You are responsible for checking information entered into or imported into DiaDaily.

Readings, calculations, trends, imported data, and other information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by:

• manual input errors;
• connected devices;
• third-party services;
• Apple Health data;
• synchronization issues;
• device or operating system behavior.

Apps by Bond does not guarantee that medical or health-related information displayed by DiaDaily will always be complete or error-free.

4. Accounts

Some Apps by Bond applications may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining control of your account;
• keeping authentication credentials secure;
• notifying us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

Where account deletion is supported or required, you may delete your account through the application or contact:

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Premium Features

Some Apps by Bond applications may offer:

• monthly subscriptions;
• yearly subscriptions;
• one-time or lifetime purchases;
• other in-app purchases.

The specific products, prices, subscription periods, features, and available offers are displayed in the application and through the Apple App Store before purchase.

Payments

Purchases made through Apple platforms are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Apps by Bond does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

Your purchase is also subject to Apple's applicable payment and App Store terms.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Where an application offers an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your Apple account before renewal in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription terms.

Apple may charge your Apple account for renewal according to the subscription price and billing period presented when you subscribed.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting an application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Pricing

Prices may:

• differ by country or region;
• be displayed in local currency;
• include applicable taxes where required;
• change over time.

Any price change to an existing auto-renewable subscription will be handled according to Apple's applicable App Store rules and procedures.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Where available, free trials, introductory prices, discounts, or promotional offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements shown by Apple or inside the application.

Unless canceled in accordance with the terms presented for the offer, a trial or promotional subscription may convert into a paid subscription.

Lifetime Purchases

Where offered, a “Lifetime” purchase refers to a one-time purchase of the features identified as included with that product.

It does not guarantee that an application, operating system, third-party service, or particular feature will remain available indefinitely where continued availability becomes impossible or impractical for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Restore Purchases

Where supported, applications may provide a Restore Purchases feature for eligible App Store purchases.

Purchase restoration is based on information provided by Apple and the Apple account used for the original purchase.

Some products or transactions may be subject to Apple's restoration rules and technical availability.

7. Third-Party Services

Apps by Bond applications may interact with services operated by third parties, including services provided by Apple, Firebase, Google, or other providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Apps by Bond does not control the availability, security, accuracy, or operation of third-party services.

Where an application relies on a third-party service, interruptions or changes to that service may affect application functionality.

8. Application Updates and Availability

We may periodically:

• update applications;
• improve existing features;
• add new features;
• modify functionality;
• discontinue features that are no longer practical to maintain.

We do not guarantee that every application or feature will remain compatible with every future Apple device, operating system version, or third-party service.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to maintain the applications and provide updates that improve their functionality, security, and reliability.

We may discontinue an application or service where necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights associated with purchases or subscriptions.

9. Intellectual Property

Apps by Bond applications, including their:

• software;
• design;
• interfaces;
• graphics;
• branding;
• icons;
• text;
• original content;

are owned by or licensed to Apps by Bond and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of an application does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Your license to use an application distributed through the App Store is governed by the applicable Apple Standard EULA or other applicable license agreement.

10. Privacy

Your use of Apps by Bond applications is also subject to our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains what information our applications process and how that information is handled.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps by Bond applications and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• every feature will always be available;
• applications will operate without interruption or errors;
• all third-party integrations will remain available;
• all information displayed by an application will always be complete or error-free;
• DiskClean will identify a specific amount of reclaimable storage;
• Quotra calculations or financial information will be suitable for a particular financial decision;
• DiaDaily information will be suitable for a particular medical or treatment decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, statutory rights, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps by Bond will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use an application.

This may include, where permitted by law:

• loss of data;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• loss resulting from user-selected cleanup actions;
• reliance on financial information;
• reliance on medical or health information;
• problems caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws that apply where you live.

13. Termination

You may stop using an application at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary if you:

• materially violate these Terms;
• misuse the application;
• interfere with its security or operation;
• use the service unlawfully.

Where applicable, termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions should be managed through your Apple account.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

• our applications or services change;
• new applications are released;
• subscription or purchase models change;
• applicable laws or platform requirements change.

The Last updated date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the relevant application.

15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

Your use of applications distributed through the Apple App Store is subject to the governing-law provisions contained in the applicable Apple Standard EULA.

Additional mandatory consumer protection laws may apply based on the country or region where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
